- Vehicles which have been registered for the first time before the
amendment of the Directive or Regulation, as stated in the Guide, have
to comply with the requirements of the Directive or Regulation in the
version applicable at that time.
- Documents On-board the Vehicle
All certificates are available either in the national language
of the country of registration of the vehicle or in English
or in French or in German. They must be accompanied by
translation into at least two other of these languages.
