ECMT organised this Seminar further to the Declaration adopted at Rotterdam on 5-6 September 2001. The seminar brought together representatives of Member countries, governmental and non-governmental international organisations and the private sector, in order to take stock of the current situation and decide on action to be taken in two main areas: improving of infrastructure and access to the market.
