Stakeholder Information and Consultation
Energy and Greenhouse Gas Emission Strategies in the Transport Sector



On 24 January 2008, the International Transport Forum held a one day information and consultation day on energy and greenhouse gas emission strategies in the transport sector in the run up to the 2008 Forum. The hearing enabled senior representatives of over fifty international organisations to express their positions in such areas as the potential of low-carbon energies, the role of government and the public acceptability of policy measures.
