Hotel Reservation, Cancellation and Changes


Cancellations and changes can only be accepted if submitted in writing to info@itf-leipzig.org or by fax to +49 341 678 8972. Hotel bookings may be cancelled free of charge until 11 April 2012. Cancellations after this date will incur a charge of the rate for one room-night. Credit notes in respect of payments made for hotel rooms will be issued directly.
